Statement on Coaching

What do you ask of life? What does life ask of you? These are the big questions at the heart of life’s journey. Every small choice you make from day to day is a step on this larger journey. As your coach I will stand powerfully in your corner and bring clarity to your choices. I will hear you deeply, challenge your edges and hold you to ‘true north’. You will move forward with a new sense of energy and purpose.

Favourite Quote

“People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive…so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.” Joseph Campbell
